We're a community of Christians seeking to grow together in Christ by His Spirit & Word. We're also a forum for those seeking to share their abundant life in Christ with other true seekers. Why? People must know that Christianity is not a religious belief built upon a system of man's doctrines & traditions; but rather Christianity is all about living in a personal, intimate relationship with God, through Christ, in the love, power & sound-mind of the Holy Spirit & Word of God.

We're a Christian site dedicated to Life; Living In Freedom & Excellence
[see John 10:10/Ephesians 4:11-23]. 

 

God calls Christians to "...forget those things which are behind, & to reach forth to those things which are before us, pressing toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus." [Philippians 3:13-14] You see, "Knowing what is right is like deep water in the heart; and a wise person draws from the well within." [Proverbs 20:5] Then "Rivers of living water will brim & spill out of the depths of anyone who believes in Christ, just as the Scripture says." [John 7:38] A Christian's life lifts up Christ's life His way, in His truth.

So we must know who we are in Christ & Who He is in us. In order for Christians to truly live His way, we must have a personal, intimate relationship with Christ, by His Spirit, in His Word. When Christians have this vital, vertical connection to God through Christ, we will have a strong, horizontal connection with others around us; i.e., when Christians seek a pivotal solitude in their private encounters with God, they find a holy community with those whom God has been able to touch and live in & through. [Ephesians 2:19-22, Acts 26:18] 

That's who we are; a holy community for Christians who are seeking to grow together, in Christ. We're also a place for Christians seeking to share His abundant life [that they have in Christ] with other true seekers.

 

People must know that Christianity is not a religious belief built upon a system of man's doctrines & traditions; but rather Christianity is all about living in a personal, intimate relationship with God, through Christ in the love, power & soundmindedness of the Holy Spirit & Word. When Christians live in the reality of God's truth, then we are abundantly living in liberty & peace; for wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is true freedom! [2 Corinthians 3] 

 

So we're dedicated at NHCL to providing the kind of site where making a valid, uninhibited choice in one's life for Christ will help them to rightly live in God's love, Word, & Holy Spirit-led leader/friend-ship. People need to see true, fearless witnesses of Christ. People need to see the Lord, not us.

 

Therefore if you become a member of this site, it is our hope that you will share a witness, testimony & fellowship that relies on Christ as your constant flow of divine mercy & grace [which will encourage others].

 

New Horizons in ChristianLife simply asks for two things from all:

  1. Please introduce yourself when you have chosen to participate in any part of this site. Every addition (posts, attachments, etc.) is subject to the world, & since our purpose here is to be in line with the absolute truths of the Word of God; we ask that you recognize that your posts could very well influence another! We ask that you purpose to take responsibility with your witness; saved or not, please. Thank you.
  2. The literal joy of the Lord is greatly encouraged here through discussion, discipleship & fellowship; therefore if you're unsure of something or don't agree with something, don't be silent on one hand or on the other incite unrighteous arguments. We're adults, so let's all come together & reason with the benefit of the Holy Spirit's leading & outpouring, for everyone's sake! 

God is Love & perfect love casts out all fear & doubt.
May Luke 19:10, John 7:38 & Acts 2:28 come to pass in your life!
