You should read the First Amendment. The Constitution doesn't guarantee anyone the right to write or say what you want on social media, because they are owned by private companies. The First amendment doesn't guarantee your right to post anything you want on Delphiforums, either, as it is owned by a private company. the First Amendment protects you from being arrested or detained by the government for speaking out. That's it.
Truth Social, Trump's social media company, has much stricter regulations and terms of service than either Facebook or Twitter. You are not allowed, for example, to post anything negative about Donald Trump.
The people who spout about First Amendment all the time have the least knowledge about what it says and what the actual protections are
