I am TRYING to get the video loaded, but YouTube says its going to take 230 minutes!!! ARGH! I got to get to bed at around 10. I was so tired at work, plus my brain was still on vacation.

Oh My!  I was just roaming through the threads and came upon this picture.  I am beginning to really realize how great horses are at reading humans and mimicking them.  Elmo's pose is perfect especially with him eyeballing the camera.

Cats, dogs etc. take great photos.  But horses can be the best.  I guess it may be part of their survival instinct to read their surroundings and react.  I loved the one of I'll Have Another with his groom on the Three Chimneys facebook and recently saw a photo of Rachel Alexandra laying her head in Calvin Borel's arms.

Lauren, Elmo is hilarious...........he stared at all of us until we stopped what we were doing and paid him homage...........he was very good while being groomed too..........I am very impressed by this 1997 Breeders Cup Sprint Champion!  (I think it was the Sprint)......

I hope he is behaving himself on Mother's Day. :)

I would like to say Elmhurst behaved himself yesterday but I'd be fibbing,

When he was put inside his pretty new stall he tried to blast the door down.

I had to get tough with him and every time he slammed himself against his door I smacked him in the chest and told him, "NO!"

My poor husband wasn't sure what to make of it...he only shook his head and said, "Now I remember why I try so hard not to make you mad."

Elmhurst was, however, very well behaved inside today.

Ha ha ha ~ I just read the caption quickly and "stall" and "bff" morphed into "staff"  so evidently your man is now listed on Elmo's staff...too funny!
