She was such a beauty and so gifted also.  I agree that a lot of us would appreciate knowing when one of the prominent race mares or horses dies.  Remember when Coolmore waited a year before announcing that Vertigineux had died?  I believe she was in Ireland by then, but still.  She gave us the best.
