He doesn’t have as good a command of English like Jose does, so he usually sounds abrupt when speaking. I would have felt better actually hearing this as well as body language, I’m hoping he has been put in his place after this.

Another NY trainer is fined for payroll issues.
This is one way to push trainers out and end racing. At some point the trainers will not be able to raise the day fee to cover the salaries that the Government wants.

Consistency with horses is very important you can’t assign 2 grooms to a horse, 1 in morning 1 in afternoon. Not to mention that will increase cost for the trainers even more.
I do not understand how the Government can come in and say you Must pay x$$. It’s the same on a farm.
