George Weaver’s wife, Cindy, is in the hospital after the horse she was working, apparently died of a heart attack and pinned Cindy under her after collapsing. Prayers she wakes and heals quickly. Condolences to George and Cindy on the filly who died- Vindatude. This was at Saratoga .

 Pennsylvania trainer Juan Vasquez has been suspended for more than 2 1/2 years in a ruling stating that he was grossly negligent, cruel and abusive in shipping a horse between racetracks

that ultimately was euthanized due to laminitis.- The mare was named Shining Colors. They basically said she should have never been shipped due to suffering from this severe chronic condition.
