Oh geez, I thought this was settled already…. I guess just the New York one. Hopefully he gets himself sorted out and no more lawsuits like this pop up again! I hate how long these things drag thru in the courts( all things in horseracing actually!).

What’s with all these “ settlement” agreements?? Why is CHRB acting like a judge and jury and offering settlement agreements? Just suspend and fine them according to your rules, there shouldn’t be a “ settlement” in my opinion.

I think their rules allow them to take into consideration how many years the trainer has had negative test results. At least this is a fairly recent test result from the summer.
