It is a fascinating story. I believe she was jealous- wanted all of his attention, but obviously he lost his mind and shot her and almost killed her.

He sure looked like a madman at trial and she looked like/acted like a spoiled child, it’s a shame that happened to her.
I wonder how long the new love will last? He may never be the same person again…..thankfully he’ll have the horses to help him heal.

Love the concept for the Real Rider Cup. Have gotten a kick out of having Phil Dutton and I believe McLain Ward involved in past competitions, along with Rosie. Good to have Sophie Doyle and Aaron Gryder competing this year. So fun to see top competitors riding here. Wonder if John Sadler has ever done something similar on the west coast? I have read that he rode jumpers or hunters long ago.
