How many of his horses ran and where tested in that time frame? It’s not like they go through the barn and test on a weekly basis.

That I don’t know. No one has denied he tested positive, the issue I have is if the board did drop the case( because of connections), where normally a trainer would be suspended and fined. I also am not saying Baffert gave it to him, if the amount is correct, that sounds like a deliberate act.

There is no cover up, for them to  investigate it further would have taken us past the Derby and perhaps even the Belmont.

I'm not so sure about this not being a cover up.  I never liked Drape and his kind of reporting but I also have no faith in the CHRB.

If Justify's results were 300 nanograms/milliliter then how can you say that is not a positive test result?  It's well above the legal limit.
