Did you happen to see any of the Indiana Grand races yesterday? Lentenor had three running and Cacahuete was 2nd in an allowance.  chart said jockey lost whip late, so I wonder if he might have won if that had not happened.

Uphold garnered a third in an allowance and Lengo Bay was 7th in a 5,000 claimer.  Not used to having three running at one track.

btw, next Thursday when Colonial Downs opens, a Lentenor runs in the 5th, a MSW with Doridori  and a Nicanor in an allowance, Long term relationship.  Am hoping my best friend might get over there to see the first day in a long time for colonial downs.  Graham Motion has four entered, but I think he will stay at Saratoga and send an assistant.  My friend used to work for him long ago.  Hope Colonial does well and can extend their racing days next year.

No I didn’t see the Indiana Grand races since TVG wasn’t showing them and I was visiting friends and grandbabies, but the kids did okay!

Saw that Lady Lentenor was slowed, eased to wire, walked off today.  If you find out anything more please let us know.

Also,  I have been really concerned about Lengo Bay.  Not only is he not running very well, he was raced four times in August!  (if I am correct on this).

Nicki de Nephew has run three times in August and twice in July, too.  At least he has been finishing better.

Hope you & family have been well lately!

Was out with intestinal flu Sunday and Monday so unable to respond.:(

I will see if I can find anything on Lady L, will keep an eye on Leno.

We did have a win with Cacahuete on 8/24, Miss Emma’s Song a second on 8/30, Lana holding her own with a second(8/21) and a 3rd (9/4), Uphold a 4th on 9/7, Chief Big Head a 2nd on 9/9, and Carol finished 9th after a bad/slow break.

Hope all is well with you and yours!

Glad you are feeling good enough to be on the board.  Hopefully you are completely healed from this awful illness you had.  So, April's No Fool was 2nd at Ind Grand a little while ago and Lettem Bern was 5th in same race.  Earlier at Fairmount Park, Barbiello was 5th.  Both races were MSWs.

Thank you for anything you can learn about Lady Lentenor.  Prayers that she is okay.

It is really nice of Amy to monitor the sale and give us some info about it.  Now that you are feeling better, you can join Derby,Amy & others in sifting thru the sales for the rest of us!  It is a lot of info.  I am so glad that my beloved Unique Bella's brother sold well yesterday.  I know he will be appreciated and given every opportunity to achieve his greatest potential in Japan.  Would have loved to see him race here, tho!

Take it easy and continue to feel better.

Thanks, almost back to normal!

I didn’t have Barbiello in my vs so will have to add.

April’s No Fool ran a decent race, “Bern” led them all until he tired.

Only tvg2 is showing the sales live, although you can watch them live on Keeneland’s website or their app, which I have. However, I only have my phone to watch on and that gets tiresome after a bit, so I just read the notices I get from TDN or Paulick Report. Godolphin has been looking for a Classic Winner for years, they seem to think the Curlin/Bounding colt might be the one as they paid over 4milion for him!

glad you are recovered.

Yesterday I watched a  lot of the sale;  had to go get hair cut, then back to viewing online.  I didn't even start today since I have trouble stopping!  Will just read the notices I receive and what you guys post here.

Gerch,

Just saw results from Mahoning today.  Chief Big Head won his claiming race;  went 5-wide in upper stretch.  Nic's son Kandy Charge was 5th in same race.

Hope you & the grandkids are all doing well this winter.

Blessings!

Yes, races coming up for several of the kids.

Mostly well, except for having to put an old cat down two weeks ago.  He was a beautiful blue and as intelligent as any cat I have met.  He is very missed around here.

In the spring I plan to add two or three  kitttens to the family.  I have only had one kitten ever, others have been cats who needed homes, either from shelter, my vet, or friends.  Looking forward to the antics of a group of youngsters helps  my sadness.

Take care.
