The Drama continues, I feel bad for the buyers who are being dragged into this and have to spend money to fight the suit.

Yes I feel bad for the buyers, but is MGG just being greedy, or trying to cover the fact they were slacking in keeping tabs on horses they invested toward? Most businesses seem accept what they’re given in dispersals and sales thru bankruptcy?

The problem is that Zayat sold horses prior to the bankruptcy and MGG never received the money from those sales. They are claiming that they had liens on the horses, however the sales companies and hence the buyers do not have to abide by the liens per State Ordinance, so shame on MGG for not knowing the law in regards to animals and liens.

Sigh…….

I thought they said the shoes had been modified and ground down since new shoes weren’t available? If they are indeed specs over required, then HISA needs to address. This will not make any friends, Richie better run well in Dubai or the naysayers will be out.

I really don’t think toe grabs would have given an advantage anyway, it was a dry fast track? If anything, his “unorthodox” jockey may not have timed his ride perfectly????
