The situation with the rain and its affect on the  ground (especially turf?), remind me of what occurred at Santa Anita a few years back.

This storm coming in is downright frightening.  Prayers for humans and horses that are all safe.

Southern California has not had a hurricane in 70 years.. I am praying for the horses, and everyone else in Southern California.
