I dont think they have a leg to stand on-- their horse clearly bumped COH 2 or the times in the stretch, justvwhen COHwas going by him--sore losers

The connections of Vino Rosso no longer plan to appeal the DQ from the Jockey Club Gold Cup. They do plan to run in BC Classic.
