I am concerned about the potential for violence--- it is absurd: there are no fans---- i am worried about the horses and the people caring for them as well

What a shame: i am sure Martinez is very upset but of course they are doing what is best for the horse: i think that horse had a decent chance to do well in the Derby. too bad.

Just reading that Finnick the Fierce is out of the Derby. Looking for confirmation.

Yesterday on another site someone was saying that Finnick was not moving correctly and they expressed concern

His owner said that’s how he always goes because of the missing right eye. But they will send him in for an evaluation just to be sure.
