It was interesting to read what that owner said about SA’s sealed track when they had all those fatalities. But I think many new people (to horse racing) will lose interest reading it as it did kind of jump back and forth a bit.

8 of 10 runners in the Quarter Horse Futurity test positive. They did hair testing.

I use albuterol in my inhaler, I wonder if a handler also uses it? But, I think if it’s in hair, it’s been in the system longer?

If it's showing up in a hair sample they have been receiving it for a while.  Probably stopped it so it would not show in blood or urine, but hair test completely different

Honestly I wish they had banned the 6 from racing.

I don’t remember reading, would have to go back to see if they said when they instated that type of test, but I think it would have a different testing protocols with testing hair samples? But if it was never documented that they had been given it, then they should scratch them.

Someone else has the guts to do this, besides Churchill and NY- bravo! And in quarter horse racing too!

Gulfstream expands their “ voided claims” by having vets checkout horses after cooling out and can void if a horse bleeds or appears lame/injured
