Interesting comments from trainers: I appreciated Graham Motion mention the horrible death of XY Jet. At the end of the day it is all about the horses ---and keeping them as healthy and safe as possible--- I also appreciated the comment that the focus should be on performance enhancing drugs --

I was surprised by Shug’s comment on Servis, I know I’ve read of that type of personality in Navarro.

They are both creepy -and evil---- but it was surprising that Shug was so blunt about his opinion of Servis.

U. S. Attorneys: Sufficient Probable Cause for Wiretaps
U.S. Attorneys argued in a Sept. 2 court filing that the government had sufficient probable cause for wiretaps and property searches of numerous defendants in an ongoing horse-doping legal case.

The fact that Navarro also tried this and was denied, certainly bodes well for prosecution. Besides, we know now, that they did indeed have probable cause for wiretaps! He’s gonna get full punishment, don’t think he will receive a plea bargain as good as the others now- his ship has sunk!
