Navarro is scum! It is trainers like him that give racing a bad name and give PETA and other organizations talking points to go to Legislations and try to end racing.
I hope he goes to jail for a very very long time and never is able to be close to a horse in the future.

I do not see him running, he had to put up bail of some sort and he runs then jail in Florida near his family will be out.
