I think Servis feels he can get off, he is just arrogant enough to think a jury will not convict.

Rhein Sentenced to Three Years in Prison in Doping Case
Suspended veterinarian Dr. Kristian Rhein was sentenced Jan. 5 to a three-year prison term for his role in a racehorse doping scheme with other individuals that involved racehorses trained by Jason Servis.
