If he is arrogant enough to go to trial and he loses, what are the sentencing guidelines?
I ask because he may figure it is worth it to take a chance of being acquitted

I am not sure of the sentencing guidelines. Hopefully he gets a tough judge and jury.

Another one sentenced
Michael Kegley Jr., among a large group of individuals indicted almost two years ago for wrongfully peddling or utilizing performance enhancing drugs in the Thoroughbred racing industry, was sentenced Jan. 6 to 30 months in prison.

Attorneys for Seth Fishman and Lisa Giannelli sought to push back a Jan. 19 trial date. Instead, their final pre-trial conference was set Jan. 18 at 2 p.m. ET by Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil.
