This is disappointing. Judge has allowed pushback of trial by a month so defense could go through all the paperwork.:(. I’m sorry, but they’ve had almost a year.

 I have noticed that courts seem to bend over backwards for defendants-  just sayin'-  I don't like this either.  The defense is just using delay tactics
