I'm with you on the horse....he won....never mind how and doubt the prescence of that teeny amt made him the winner. He deserves the rose blanket........

Really doubt that animal rights groups have any impact......no headway with stopping round-ups of the Wilds............they do not have enough $$, as with the range, it is the ranchers and lobbyists with the influence and $$

this so crazy and to leave it hanging like it is.........thought they needed to determine the base of Betamethasone and that would show in testing, but guess not so far.

And, Meanwhile ,the destiny of Medina Spirit is hanging, as well..............and yet, the Racing commission is not yet involved?

But I have to wonder why Baffert and the Vet used, did not know that this could be systemic? Must have used alot of it. Any trainer of long-standing should know this is possible and stranger still, is why they bothered, unless horse was itching.

I have been wondering when he would start this lawsuit. NYRA has no legal standing IMHO. The Kentucky Derby case is going to be held up for a while and in the meantime he has a right to run horses where he holds a license.
