It really would be to late to ban him now since nothing was done to prevent him from running in races of win and you’re in. But, being Kentucky based, they could always throw a loop depending how deeply they feel the integrity has been abused with his lack of overseeing the care of his horses?

I don’t know that many would, haven’t seen much support from other trainers. I think many stay silent waiting for an outcome before providing comments.

Well yes, however the promises of keeping tabs on his horses never came to fruition after publicly making that statement to the world so his integrity is at stake and I believe where Churchill and NYRA are coming from.
