Do these people want their money back that they bet and damages (of some sort?)

Yes, they lost $ because they bet MS and lost with the DQ. I don’t think anything will come of it, it’s plain goofy.

They want the money that they would have gotten if Mandaloun had won. 
It’s frivolous and should never have gotten this far! 
If this lawsuit ends up with a win for the bettors then every time a horse gets taken down as a winner because of a Drug positive or something else weeks or months later will have bettors suing tracks , owners or trainers
