The Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority's board of directors has selected Drug Free Sport International to build HISA's independent Anti-Doping and Medication Control enforcement agency.

Why does Texas only seem to have this problem? Not sure they will be able to implement it as planned beginning of July.
Texas Racing Commission executive director Amy Cook asserts a shutdown of pari-mutuel wagering could occur in Texas when the first phase of Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority rules are implemented July 1. HISA says no such restrictions exist.
