HISA Requests Lukas Classic Images From Photographers
An attorney representing HISA contacted a group of photographers Nov. 10, asking them to provide "a copy of any and all original" photographs of the Oct. 1 Lukas Classic Stakes (G2), according to owner Rick Dawson.

As much as I want this to be fixed I agree the Defense Spending Bill is not the place to do it. Plus I know of Senators who will not vote on the DSB if other amendments are added to it.

UGH another step back. I wish we could get the court cases pushed through to the Supreme Court. Though there is no guarantee they would even hear the case!
