So it looks as though Aqueduct would be closed/sold after Belmont is renovated.

NYRA doesn’t own the land that Aqueduct is on so they would just terminate their lease and the land goes back to NY.
With this consolidation 1) I worry about stabling (will there be enough?) 

2) because of the dirt track configuration of 1.5 miles not many 2 turn races will be available to be run which will not allow much development of 2 turn horses.

This triple crown has all kinds of extraneous things causing distractions and concerns: I can't remember such a bizarre set of circumstances impinging on these races, not the least of which are the deaths of horses at CDI and Pimlico.
