I guess these trainers have been getting away with their violations so long they think they will never get caught- you just wonder, looking at the list of those drugs, what are they thinking? it is obvious they don't care a whit for the health of the horse. they are a disgrace.

HISA continues to update/revise rules/procedures

I think it is a good thing that HISA is open to revising rules and procedures.

People need to chill out and stop harping on HISA about their actions! They are reviewing/revising their rules as problems pop up.
