Well, he's out of "extreme QT", but still in separate stabling, just to be safe. He's eating, pooping and all that fun stuff. Had a vet check, vet loved him, didn't see anything glaring (and neither do I). He has been sound w/t/c on the lunge line. He will be getting his feet trimmed next week (he is barefoot).

He's about 14.2hh (hair under, not over), 10 years old.

Can not figure out what cross of breeds he is -- QH? Arab? Rocky Mountain?

He's due for a beauty day, will get his mane "done" and his bridlepath clipped.

I put an old bit & bridle on him in the round pen last night to see how he did (the bit fit, but no keepers on the bridle - I KNOW - but no reins to disturb the bit either - also the bridle is a full, which Chino's head is not). No tossing or resistance w/ a bit. He lunges quite well w/t/c. He's easy to catch in his paddock. I can touch him anywhere, with my hands or the dressage whip - see pic - he wanted to eat it.

He would greatly appreciate "Angels" see www.newenglandequinerescues.com for more info.

I almost want to say QH/Arab, as he will flag his tail and arch his neck, but that's it. He isn't the most handsome, but he is a mover and a half. When he trots his back does not move - he is gonna be one smoooooth ride.........

Glad to see Spirit is good also, I saw her thread..................
