I don't think the actual vote by the 15 comissioners has happened yet but is being voted on now.

Now whether there are more than one committee, I guess remains to be seen....perhaps they wouldn't let anyone speak as they think all voices had been heard already?

Perhaps, Dale and other trainers went to the rest of the commision when they were denied speaking.......

Looks like it is back to the drawing board for the commision, and the trainers as well......I just don't think it can be that quick, as you won't have many horses running!
