Yes, so sad. Loss of another Roberto-line stallion. Was very upset when he left the states, along with Tizway. I still remember his Derby with Jon Court and Early Fires. Was so hoping he would do well, but with that injury I was just grateful he made it to become a sire. I noticed two Archarcharch runners in races tomorrow. We just have to hope that some of the Korean offspring can carry on for him.

AAA was the horse that made me first aware of Jinx Fires. It was fun following this horse on his Derby bid. I am saddened also at the loss of another horse from the Roberto line. He was a beauty.

Bred and raced by Bob and Janice McNair, Congaree won five grade 1 stakes and won or placed in graded stakes at nine racetracks.
