Ruis has won his suit to have a court hearing to give the Santa Anita prize money to him instead of Justify’s owners.
I honestly do not think he will win, 6 other horses from 5 barns also tested positive during the same time frame, not one of them was sanctioned and had purse money redistributed.
Purse disqualification matter is over 2019 Santa Anita Derby (G1).

But none of the others went on to win the TC. My guess is if he would win, others would try to reverse that TC crown. I don’t think he’ll win.

The TC crown is untouchable.

I forgot CG had an ankle issue when he was under Pletcher’s care. Walden was a trainer so I am sure he has looked at everything.
