This is good news! But they don’t say what the actual technique is. Is it dye used like in an mri, or is it more of a scan? They also don’t mention costs of this diagnosis.

More can be done in racing on injuries. That jerk Pender that got suspended was going to run his horse with fractured sesmoids, knowingly!!!!

 OMG- what kind of human being would do that, actually race a horse he/she knew had fractured sesmoids? he should never be allowed on a race track ever again

He should be banned for life IMHO. To want to race a horse knowing it has fractures is beyond stupid and cruel. IMHO

 As you said it is cruel and abusive beyond words. A lifetime ban should apply in this case.
