They have their heart in the right direction but for sure the crap that AR folks are going to give them could be more than they can sift thru to find the actual problems.

I wonder where all the horses will go. I know it a necessary upgrades but this will be hard on the horsemen.

Golden Gate to Close for Stabling in Early Summer

Golden Gate Fields announced March 16 "that it would close its track and stable area June 18-Aug. 7 to provide safe and unimpeded access for required upgrades, repairs, and inspection of the utility infrastructure," the track said in a release.

San Luis Ray?  Or isn’t there a fairground running around that time?

There are 2 Fairgrounds racing that goes on during this time, but I do not think they have enough stalls. 
I believe San Luis Ray is always full. 
This is during Del Mar  Summer meet, not sure how many empty stalls they have during the race season
