KHRC Meeting: KTDF Funds, 2022 Final Figures, Rulings
The KHRC met Feb. 21 to follow up on backside improvements, unused Incentive funds to be applied to this year's race meets, final veterinary figures from the Turfway Park holiday meet, and the conclusion of Thoroughbred rulings for 2022.

North Carolina signs bill for betting. Since my state has always had this, I’m always a bit shocked to see that some states don’t, especially with the mobile betting out there.

Saw a report on this on one of the Charlotte tv stations this evening. Finally I will be able to access streaming live coverage of certain tracks which were not avail. to me before. Used to be able to view Laurel and then suddenly not avail. Never could access CD, so have been very grateful when NYRA included it at times. Will see what is possible now.
