North Carolina signs bill for betting. Since my state has always had this, I’m always a bit shocked to see that some states don’t, especially with the mobile betting out there.

Saw a report on this  on one of the Charlotte tv stations this evening.  Finally I will be able to access streaming live coverage of certain tracks which were not avail. to me before.  Used to be able to view Laurel and then suddenly not avail.  Never could access CD, so have been very grateful when NYRA included it at times.  Will see what is possible now.
