Thanks for the opinion of her first race, Gerchgo. I thought she did very well for second in this field. When I first saw her in the post parade I thought she was of good size and she's very dark. Hard to remember she is by Bernardini and not by Dynaformer. I so want La Ville's daughter to do well on the track before she goes to the breeding shed.
Was also watching Creative Director because she has Weekend Surprise on both sides. Hope she does well, too, but will always back Mo'ne in any race!

I wasn't home to watch, will do so in a bit

Didn't realize Nicamore is a chestnut. Big, beautiful chestnut with a full blaze. And a great second today. Saw the race online at work. So happy for him; he looked good.

He ran a good race! He kept trying right to the end! I was very impressed with the maturity he showed, I wonder if turf is next?

Hard to think of these kids in claiming races; hope they all have good owners and trainers.

Thank you for Small Rebellion info; had received it a little while ago.
fyi: Futile, Lael's Broken Vow x Stormy Kiss gelding runs at Tampa Bay at 2:55, Race 6. Hope he does well.
Besides Cousin Tino running tomorrow, a Lael-bred runs at Laurel in the 9th race in a Maiden Claimer. Name is It's Nothing and goes back to Secy and Dr. Fager.
Hope we have some winners, esp. Cousin Tino tomorrow.

He finished last, was just off the pace but then started to lose position, he wasn't in picture when they finished, chart said he was pulled up and walked off. Maybe jock heard noise, roaring or different breathing?

Saw the race and he was slowing and moving to middle of track and then out of picture. Did not see him go thru wire, so was concerned. Had to leave for dr. appt immediately and just got back and read the chart. I hope he is safe; prayers being sent up for Cousin Tino. If you use your skills and sources to learn anything more about him, please let us know.

Saw your question about FB discussions on Nicanor's offspring. Shamrock Farm, where he is at stud, has a FB page but we are generally just discussing the races on each other's FB pages. Sally Spencer does a pretty good job posting on her page whenever one of the brothers (Nicanor and Lentenor) has an offspring racing and then we go from there!
