It sounds like he borrowed money to invest in his business and used the horses as collateral.

Darn right he should disperse his equine assets and I hope this is the last we see of him. The sport doesn't need him. For years he's been delinquent on payments to any and all. It's a tired old story when it comes to Zayat.

Reading this I am reminded of a scumbag named Lundy...
