they just interviewed the connections of Maxfield- they said he didn't look right- something about the right fore- they think maybe a foot abscess but they really don't know for sure until he is checked out

Perhaps, it will all depend on the jockey and gate attendant keeping him on his toes but calm.

I am sad Maxfield is scratched but imho this could be a blessing with the Juvenile Curse still so strong.
