Just watched his race. A little nervous getting on track, ( maybe pony?), started like his daddy-slow, green in stretch, but looks to go long as light bulb was going on before the wire. Go baby boy!
just noticed he’s a gelding

Cezanne delivered and won his debut. Not a jaw dropping win but a solid win and good learning experience.

Runnymede Farm:
rom the moment he was born at the farm, he was special in so many ways. With great pleasure and hope for the future, we and our partners -- Three Chimneys Farm and Peter Callahan -- are delighted to look forward to racing the 2018 colt by Triple Crown winner American Pharoah and out of Sacre Coeur, thus the half brother to champion Lady Eli. Because of his royal bloodlines, this colt needed a special name and we are fortunate to have been able to secure from The Jockey Club the name AKHENATEN. As ancient Egypt's most visionary pharaoh -- a poet, an artist, the first individual in history to create a religion to one God -- Akhenaten made an enduring mark, and we hope this colt will do the same... "He is a beautiful horse and he's got a lot of power," said Runnymede President Romain Malhouitre. "He's doing great in his early training and showing talent." AKHENATEN has been training at Lynwood Stable in Florida and likely will be headed to New York sometime in mid-summer. There is no rush with him as he is a June 3, 2018, foal, so he will be given all the time he needs to develop.
