Could be the labs again, but after the Oaklawn positives, this doesn’t look good.

Also this from BH article
Churchill Downs clarified Sunday afternoon with BloodHorse that horses trained by Baffert would not be permitted to run under an assistant's name, a practice often employed by trainers while serving suspensions or undergoing the appeals process.

I read it can be applied topically, so wonder if anyone handling the horse had it on their hands from using on another horse?
this is just another reason for the Horse integrity and safety act, to regulate this stuff at every track!

Gamine’s Oaklawn positive from 2020 of lidocaine was not the only positive That weekend from Oaklawn. However it was the only Baffert one.

I agree Amy,
It's exactly b/c of all the priors that I don't believe he's guilty. Baffert isn't stupid. He knows the microscope's been on him. He wouldn't risk it.
Trial by Twitter - that's the disturbing aspect of all this.

Social media=lynch mob---
I believe he will be proven to be not guilty of this
He is way. too visible to risk his entire career in a race where he is
under great scrutiny -- it does not make sense
