Kentucky Derby (G1) winner Medina Spirit has cleared an initial round of pre-race testing for the May 15 Preakness Stakes (G1), with the results of two additional tests expected May 14 by 3 p.m. ET, according to The Stronach Group/1ST Racing.

They have no leg to stand on it’s a frivolous lawsuit. The track and other betting companies have no way to get the money back from the people they paid out to on Medina Spirits win bets.

I cannot wait till we have the Horse Racing Integrity Act up and running.
Here are my thoughts from a few things I heard them state today on NBC:
1) Why didn't Churchill Downs test for Therapeutics before the race? California does!
2) If the race had been run in California Bob would have been fined and suspended, but the horse would not have been disqualified.
We need consistency in the 50 states!!
