OMG can this get any crazier??? Judge recuses himself because attorney bought a horse sold by judges farm.

OMG!! What a debacle, hopefully the new judge can just read the transcript. However part of the process is watching body language on a witness. That isn’t in written words. I know Amr and Bob want this to finally come to a conclusion.

An order entered in the Medina Spirit disqualification appeal indicates the case is unlikely to be tried a second time following the recusal of the original hearing officer. Instead, the new hearing officer can act based on the existing record.
