Part of it is he wins too much. The other issue is when they contacted Bob of Medina Spirit’s drug positive and he held that press conference pissed CDI off to no end! They have lots of groups pissed off at them and unfortunately the anti racing group is one of the biggest pushing on them. So if they ban a few trainers here or there they can look at those groups and say see we are trying!

I hope they don't get to ban him longer. That would be just awful and very unfair. I guess he does win too much----

I keep saying it is time for Baffert to move on from this but really he must finally give it up and move on to be the best trainer he can be for all those other owners and horses that have never given up on him and stuck with him through all of this.
