A bit of anything.
What makes mankind different from other animals? Allegedly God gave man a "soul or spirit" different from other animals. Man processes knowledge better than other animals. Man's reasoning is superior. His ability to process language is superior. Yet when the religious form their beliefs they reject knowledge and reasoning and prefer faith when it conflicts with reason and knowledge.
If some kind of god made mankind we cannot reject evolution and DNA. We cannot reject knowledge and reasoning. We cannot reject the sciences and scientific method. Such is what makes mankind different from other animals. Science IS religion. The ability to gather and share knowledge and reason is god-oriented in itself.
