This group is specifically formed for the discussion about and future development of American style smallbore rifle target shooting. Specifically the brand of shooting that was one of the founding elements of the National Rifle Association of America.
Make yourself at home.
Thoughtful. Colorful. Spirited. Engaged.
Mean. Argumentative. Abusive. Profane.
Or more eloquently stated by William Shakespeare:
Conversation should be pleasant without scurrility, witty without affectation, free without indecency, learned without conceitedness, novel without falsehood.
American Smallbore Shooting Association is pleased to announce that smallbore F-class championships will be conducted in parallel with the 2018 ASSA Smallbore Prone Championships at The Cardinal Center. This will be the first time that a smallbore F-class championship has been conducted in the United States. ASSA is pleased to be supporting this smallbore rifle discipline which shares many of the fundamentals of sling shooting prone and is fired on metric targets at 50 and 100 meters. The 2018 ASSA Smallbore Rifle Championships will be held on the new 200 point smallbore competition range currently under construction at The Cardinal Center in Marengo, OH. The championship calendar can be found on our website at: http://www.americansmallbore.com. Additional details regarding the F-class championships and entry information will be forthcoming in the near future.
