He means Namibia since the German South-West ceased in 1919. Rhodesia became Zimbabwe in 1980. So all this is old hat. And makes him a gun for hire.

I know, I used to be a huge fan of geography and by my Senior year in High School, knew almost all capitals of the World. Now don't ask me anything for I can't remember many of them.

The terminology Berry uses "Suntans" "Brown people" are the terms used by the far right and it indicates the real mind set of Berry .
In all my years on the net he is the ONLY one that refers to people by their color and always in the most insulting derogatory terms , his attack on them is a constant on any and every forum

How many "full Israeli citizens" of the brown persuasion have now been shot for going about their normal business within Israel?
I got the phrase "brown people" from this friend:
Collaborators are just opportunists willing to kill their own people.
In Indochina case they developed into French speaking Catholics and became easily recognizable by soft tummies and pretty hands.
Usually the Imperial people leave them behind when they go home so the locals can kill them and the imperialists can point to it as an example of brown people not being capable of self government.
It is a kind of established tradition marking the parting of national ways.
