Part of the problem is that Israel controls the population register of both the West Bank and Gaza (from data provided by the UN) so the Zionists will know (and boast to their murderous friends in other regimes) almost exactly what COVID19 does to a completely unprotected population - but is never going to tell the rest of the world.
