The incidents usually occur when the lads ON THE TEMPLE MOUNT whicch OVER LOOKS THE WAILING WALL start to sling items over which range from bricks to fire works etc  - that is why there are times when these Youngsters are forbidden on the Mount

The troopers are in fact Border Guards i doubt they have bought the army in for the teenagers
