irrelevant post as statedd considering I gave no definition. On the other hand your description verifies my point. Hard targets are pretty much beyond the capability of terrorists, which is why when forced to fight back they hit soft targets. While the twin towers are not exactly a soft target, by hitting them the terrorists won, because America´s reaction politically supported the terrorists image of America as being a decadent and hypocritical state which when pushed acts contrary to its supposed moral standards.
