This is a difficult one.
On the one hand, people should be responsible for their own actions.
On the other, Trump should be held responsible for inciting a riot.
Tricky thing is, if Trump pardons the rioters he is:
- Conceding their actions were criminal, not "patriotic", and
- Accepting responsibility.
I'm guessing these guys are not getting any pardons.
